This event is hosted by the Southeastern United States-Canadian Provinces (SEUS-CP) Alliance and the state of Georgia.

         

Those who should attend this virtual event are small- and mid-sized business from across the Alliance interested in pursuing procurement opportunities with some of Georgia’s leading corporations, including Delta Air Lines (supplier development academy, airport customer service and on-board service opportunities), Georgia Power Company, Georgia Ports Authority, Georgia Power (Southern Company) and NCR. These organizations are looking to actively expand their network of small business suppliers. The Southeast U.S.-Canadian Provinces (SEUS-CP) Alliance was established in 2007. The overall goal of the Alliance is to present the opportunity for businesses to enhance commercial ties, promote bilateral trade and encourage technological exchanges between the Southeast U.S. member states and Canadian provinces. This Alliance reinforces the importance of the long-standing U.S.-Canadian relationship and expands commercial opportunities in underdeveloped sectors and markets through new partnerships. The state of Mississippi is a proud charter member of the SEUS-CP Alliance. Other members include Southeast U.S. states: Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee; in Canada, the provinces include: Canada – New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island and Quebec. Bilateral trade in goods and services among the SEUS-CP Alliance exceeded USD $34.2 billion in 2020.
