Registration Policy

The full registration fee covers all regular conference events (excluding the VIP, C-Level Dinners, and Golf).

MEDC does not offer partial or daily registrations.

Specific deadlines set Registration Rates. If you have not contacted MEDC before or by the deadline, we can not provide you with the lower rate.

MEDC policy states that full payment is required prior to the start of the event. Anyone with an outstanding balance may be denied entry.
*Updated Cancellation Policy
- MEDC can no longer provide refunds for cancellations at any time.
- Prior to the end of Early-Bird Rates: a Credit towards a future event can be requested for up to 6 months post the initial event date.
- Cancellations or refunds are not available for investors.
