Registration Policy 

  • The full registration fee covers all regular conference events (excluding the VIP, C-Level Dinners, and Golf). 
  • MEDC does not offer partial or daily registrations.
  • Specific deadlines set Registration Rates. If you have not contacted MEDC before or by the deadline, we can not provide you with the lower rate. 
  • MEDC policy states that full payment is required prior to the start of the event. Anyone with an outstanding balance may be denied entry. 
     

Cancellation Policy 

  • MEDC can no longer provide refunds for cancellations at any time.
  • Prior to the end of Early-Bird Rates: a Credit towards a future event can be requested for up to 6 months post the initial event date. 
  • Cancellations or refunds are not available for investors.
