Registration Policy 

  • The full registration fee covers all conference events (excluding any VIP, C-Level Dinners, or Chamber Networking Dinner) listed on this agenda.  
  • MEDC does not offer partial or daily registrations.
  • Registration fees must be received by the deadline for the registration rate.
  • MEDC policy states that full payment is required prior to the start of the event. Anyone with an outstanding balance may be denied entry. 

* Updated Cancellation Policy 

  • Refunds will be given to those that cancel in writing on, or prior to the Early-Bird Discount Deadline.
  • Credits towards future events are no longer being offered for cancellations. 
  • Cancellations or refunds are not available for investors.
