Description: Beth is a John Maxwell speaker/trainer/coach. She will use this knowledge and fun games to lead attendees to find personal leadership goals as well as organizational goals/challenges/ideas.

Speakers: Dr. Ruth Nichols, Special Assistant to the President for Community & Economic Development, Alcorn State University
Debbie Hudson, IOM, President/CEO, Natchez-Adams County Chamber of Commerce
Description: Dr. Nichols and Debbie Hudson will discuss how to engage millennials in your community through a variety of ways including chamber young professional programs that have proved to be successful in Adams County.
