Executive Director

Logan Search is conducting an executive search to identify an Executive Director to lead the Pearl

(MS) Chamber of Commerce. The Executive Director is responsible for the creation and

implementation of strategies to advance the economic vitality of the city of Pearl through community

engagement, strategic business support, and integration of emerging technologies and programs.

The Pearl Chamber of Commerce is to strengthen Pearl, Mississippi’s business community and

promote local economic growth.

Its primary functions include:

• Promoting Pearl businesses and encouraging residents to shop locally

• Connecting business owners through networking events and community activities

• Helping new and existing businesses gain visibility through directories, promotions, grand

openings and ribbon-cutting ceremonies

• Supporting economic development and a business-friendly environment

• Organizing events such as the annual banquet and community markets

• Recognizing business and community leaders

• Promoting Pearl as a desirable place to live, work, visit and invest

The Chamber serves as a bridge between local businesses, city leaders and residents and is the

centerpiece for business promotion and economic development.
